Open a new multi-creditor the procedure of financial restructuring

Before the Secretariat forwarded the documents with the application for opening the procedure of financial restructuring. For the first time in the history of the Law "On financial restructuring" are just three of the involved creditors.

Debtor company: LLC "mercury".
Attracted by creditors: JSCB "INDUSTRIALBANK", PJSC"JOINT stock BANK "EXPRESS-BANK", LLC "FINANCIAL COMPANY "CAPITAL EXPRESS".
