The European Bank for reconstruction and development (Ebrd Ukraine Office) held a two-day conference dedicated to the results of the application of the Law of Ukraine "On financial restructuring" and progress in addressing problem loans and investments.
The topic of discussion was the analysis of lessons learned from the experience of the first year of implementation of the Law of Ukraine "On financial restructuring" (PBS). The participants reviewed the cases and held a panel discussion among corporate and institutional parties, as well as advisors who participate in the implementation of PBS in Ukraine.
April 26, at the round table discussed the influence of legislation on the question of problem loans in the banking system and investments in Ukraine. The event was attended by the representatives of such international financial institutions as EBRD, the world Bank and the international monetary Fund, as well as leading bankers, international investors, financial and legal advisers, representatives of state bodies of Ukraine.
